Model J80

Largest pump-agitated CleanMaster model, for efficient cold immersion cleaning. Accommodates large parts such as cylinder heads and shafts.
Unique features that make Clean Master the industry standard:

• Dual filtration keeps working solution clean. Barrier filter removes heavy sludge before pump intake. Cartridge filter provides final filtration - helps ensure removal of abrasive particles that could damage bearings or other critical components. Pump agitation
• Fire-stop cover of double-wall steel construction is held open with fusible link - closes automatically in case of fire
• Rugged construction throughout. Cabinet is heavy-gauge steel with baked enamel finish. Exposed edges are rolled for strength and safety. Corners are welded and smooth finished. Comes with parts basket
• Easy-to-use, with comfortable working height, on-off switch and indicator light, and casters for easy movement.

Lower level immersion chamber automated parts cleaning- frees technicians for more productive work.

Vigorous agitation loosens dirt and shears off deposits of oil and grease

Full-width upper level cleaning area is created by folding work shelves over immersion chamber

Operators can rinse parts under flow of solution from stay- put hose- or clean oversized parts- all while other parts are being cleaned in the immersion chamber below.

Model 70

Same dimensions, capacity and two-level features as Model J-80, but uses shop compressed air for agitation of solution in the immersion chamber. A pump circulates solution through filters and stay-put hose.
